CHAPTER VII

Dwinerd

This morning was very quiet and along with that, strong winds were noticed. The election of a Ralph's University Leader in Dwinerd should take place and flags were flown across the city to symbolize the importance of the day. The walls stretched from the south to the north of the city, with flags fluttering proudly from the wind. But one of those flags, unable to withstand the force of the wind, slipped from its position and fell on one of those walls, along the length of which armed men by a long column of were walking who were led by a man from the look of which you could understand that he himself was to head that column. As he approached that flag he saw the flag on the ground. For a moment, he looked intently at the emblem depicted on the flag, which had been glittering for several years in one of the most proudest of Darwar. He rubbed it and walked ahead.
